● Approved - Approve Appointment of New Members to Vacant Positions on the Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee for a Two
Year Term for Measure LL
● Approved - Citizen Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) Annual Report
● Approved - Accept the 2018-19 Financial and Performance Audits for the Measure LL Bond Program
● Approved - School Reopening Plan and 2020-21 School Calendar Discussion and Approval as specified below:
Learning Model for the Start of the School Year
● Agreement to use both learning models: Vista Classic and Vista Virtual
● Agreement to start student registration process: Default is Vista Virtual
● Agreement to return to on campus learning no earlier than 6 weeks if health orders allow
2020-2021 School Calendar
● Agreement with Board to approve a start date of September 8, 2020
Professional Development
● Agreement with Board to approve three additional PD days with opportunities to have collaboration and
practice, 7.5 hour day
