Title I is a K-12 program that provides additional academic support and learning
opportunities for scholars at schools with high percentages of socioeconomically
disadvantaged children.
Title I provides federal funding to schools to help scholars who are low achieving or
at most risk of falling behind. The program is intended to help ensure that all
